WOD Spain has signed a collaboration agreement with IFMA Spain, the Spanish Association of Facility Management.
WOD (Women in Office Design) inaugurated its first Europen chapter in Spain with a launch event in May 2019 at the Design Museum of Barcelona. The Spanish chapter has since grown by four folds under the leadership of Co-Founder of WOD Spain Soledat Berbegal Roque and President Gracia Cardona.
WOD is the first of its kind network for women architects, interior designers, designers, consultants, communicators, engineers, facility managers and businesswomen in Spain.
“WOD is a forum of our own to enhance our work and give visibility to talent and female leadership in the design sector of workplace. Our intention is to achieve this in a first phase through four pillars.

We are happy to have found a trusted partner in IFMA Spain to collaborate for our journey. WOD Spain has now signed a collaboration agreement with IFMA Spain, the Spanish Association of Facility Management” says Soledat.
The alliance between WOD and IFMA will undoubtedly contribute to promoting a much more diverse and collaborative sector. With this union of forces a new meeting point for learning, support and progress begins. Lorena Espada, president of IFMA Spain is excited about this collaboration and said that “respect for diversity is a core element at IFMA Spain and this joining of hands will help us reach a wider audience in the workplace design industry”
The main agenda of this collaboration is to promote the work of women in our industry and give them more visibility.
