With its growing network of global members, it is dedicated to promoting professional growth, thought leadership and connecting brilliant individuals. WOD has chapters in the UK, Italy, India and Spain, with plans to continously expand to other countries.

Harsha Kotak

Harsha, Founder of WOD, is an international Interior Designer and writer. With a lifelong passion for design, Harsha has worked in the workplace design industry for over 20 years and has practiced in the US, India and the UK.

Lauren Thompson

Lauren is an A&D consultant for Orangebox. Her background is in Interior Design, with over 17 years of experience in the furniture sector she has worked for dealers, manufacturers and architectural practices in the UK and Italy.

Rosie Oliver

Rosie is a visionary business leader specialising in workplace interior architecture, shaped by over 20 years of global experience across various sectors including retail and lifestyle and mixed use. Driven by a passion for design-led thinking, she inspires her team by uniting strategic business insight with creative possibility to deliver meaningful, commercially impactful spaces.
