VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making presentations & proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails
  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage a contact list
  • Organize personal and event’s calendars
  • Create business proposals (will be guided)
  • Create presentations, as assigned
  • Social media
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • Cloud filling of standard documents

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Content writing and social media skills

Contract: Part time (Total hours to be discussed)

DIGITAL COMMUNITY MANAGER

WOD Digital is an exclusive online and app-based platform that lets our members engage in open conversation amongst the community and gives them direct access to make business contacts. WOD members also have access to well curated courses, workshops and live events.

As a community manager, you work toward ensuring that both new and existing members love coming to WOD Digital and engaging with the community. You personally engage with members to help them get questions answered and engage in conversation.

Your work helps us maintain high member retention, increase member referrals, and generate incredibly positive reviews of our product. This part-time position is for someone who is looking to grown their own network or wants to boost their main career or day job by connecting with the workplace design community.

Your responsibilities may include–but are not limited to:

  • Adding a personal touch to new member onboarding
  • Create a weekly schedule and post articles and news on digital platform
  • Making members aware about the different features of the digital platform
  • Fielding questions about our platform, community, or culture from members
  • Help maintaining the events and courses list (with support from IT team)
  • Collaborating with the WOD core team to plan member events
  • Collaborating with the WOD core team to increase member contribution and participation
  • Strategies to increase new member enrolment
  • Interviewing community members for testimonials and ideas for improvement
  • Assisting with customer support

For candidates with additional experience, this position might also include:

  • Facilitating small group experiences & masterminds
  • Representing the community on our social media channels

Requirements

  • Working (or worked) in the workplace industry – sales, design, architecture etc
  • Good at building relations and motivating others
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Content writing and social media skills

THE POSITION

The position is approximately 5-10 hours per week, part-time and work from home. The position has the potential to grow into a full-time position in the next 12 months. (Preferably UK based)

Compensation is based on your experience and mix of skills.
