A huge congratulations to Erica Takawira; winner of the 2023 Teknion Young Designer Award, in collaboration with WOD.
Post-graduation, Erica has worked as an Designer and Project Coordinator for a Peterborough based company, and will soon start her Interior Design master’s degree, Teesside University.
As the recipient of this year’s award, Erica has earned:
- Mentoring sessions, with design industry leaders on her chosen topics of: Interior Design, Workplace Strategy, Sustainability and Real Estate.
- Monetary grant for further education activities and/or accreditations.
- A week at Teknion’s Toronto HQ, spending time with design, product development and marketing.
