Ella has over a decade of design experience from around the world working in a variety of practises across the workplace, residential and hospitality sector.

Her work experience coupled with a deep interest in ethical design with sustainability at its core makes her believe that it is fundamental for us to think about the legacy of the work we leave behind. “If we know better, we have a responsibility to do better”

Through mentorship and education Ella aims to raise awareness of circular economy principles as well as environmentally conscious design processes and materials by creating a foundation of strong knowledge of sustainable and ethical design for her team, clients and in extension the wider community.
