As lead designer, Michelle interprets the brief and translates into forward thinking design proposals. She supports communication between all teams to ensure continuity throughout projects. She also takes an active approach in managing business stakeholders and end users through the change process to ensure a seamless transition into working environments. With over a decade in the industry, Michelle leads teams from project inception and developed design direction, through to technical delivery and completion on site.
