Why Women’s Groups Are Important – London, UK: 2024 @LiGHT 24

WOD had the pleasure of joining an inspiring panel for a discussion on the importance of supporting women’s groups in the design industry at LiGHT 24 – the third edition of the UK’s only dedicated high-end lighting exhibition which took place at London’s Business Design Centre in November 2024.

WOD’s Lauren Thompson took to the stage alongside members of Women in Lighting, Women Lighting Professionals, Women in Architecture and the Women in Furniture Network as part of the event’s LiGHT LUNCH session. The discussion offered an in-person opportunity to find out more about these empowering groups, why they’re needed and how to get involved.
