Hosted at MJF Interior’s bright and beautiful space in Birmingham, the discussion ‘Rethinking workplace design’ covered some key points starting with, how to define hybrid working, our design challenges and how Gensler’s mantra of ‘form follows purpose’ helps in creating human-centric spaces.
The conclusion was that, while no one has a crystal ball to see where we are heading its important that we learn from our trial and errors and continue to design with empathy.
The discussion was moderated and led by WOD Founder, Harsha Kotak. Panelists included; Mark Eltringham (Workplace Insight and WORKS magazine), Gurtake Singh (Gensler), Kelly Stanton (Gensler) and Joanna Knight (WOD).
