This was then followed by a panel discussion with our speakers that revolved around how hybrid working is more of an operational model than a workplace solution. And if companies don’t put in the hard work to make it effective, it could be the worst of both – where people commute in to sit on zoom calls all day; or people locking themselves in a room to do focused work all day. No space can resolve or address bad behaviours. Hence, we need to take a look at our existing behaviours that hold us back – what are we doing and how to help enable or disable the ‘new ways of work’ revolution.
