On October 23, 2025, Women in Office Design Germany joined the Design Nation in Berlin with an inspiring panel discussion titled “Impact of Women in Office Design – One Talk, Four Perspectives.”

Four leading voices from interior design, architecture and communications shared their insights, experiences and personal challenges as female leaders in the industry: Barbara Hickl (Barbara Hickl.COMMUNICATIONS), Marilena Abt (JELLYSPACE), Gabriela Hauser (bdia), Ester Bruzkus (bruzkus greenberg). The panel was moderated by Susanne Brandherm, co-initiator of WOD Germany.

Together, they explored how women are shaping the workplaces of tomorrow, through storytelling, design, project development and leadership. The discussion offered honest reflections on courage, change and the power of strong networks. A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us, shared their perspectives and helped make our second WOD Germany panel such a success: It was a full house and an incredible atmosphere.
