WOD founder Harsha Kotak was honoured to host a dynamic panel discussion at Teknion during Clerkenwell Design Week, focusing on “understanding the younger generation” and the evolving landscape of workplace design. Our conversation delved into the impact of generational shifts and the importance of inclusivity in shaping future work environments.

Some truly insightful thoughts were shared by our panellists highlighting the fact that open communication, mentorship and being inclusive are key to designing for a multi-generational workforce. We will be releasing a report from this discussion and also plan to continue this conversation to gather more insights.
